Last fourth day night, 2nd month 9th 2022 we were happy to welcome to our meetinghouse a traveling group of students and faculty from Scattergood Friends School in Iowa. Our meeting has a long connection to Iowa Friends as our meeting was started by many Friends that had moved here from Iowa and elsewhere and our last member that came from Iowa only moved from here a couple of years ago. The visiting group is on a journey to visit historical civil rights sites and museums in the area. It was great to have visitors and we hope they had a good time here in South Alabama.
